Please plan to arrive to the hotel at the latest by 1:00 PM (ET) on May 8 for training. Training and preparation for Capitol visits will begin at 3:00 PM (ET) on Wednesday, May 8 and a reception/dinner will be held at 5:30 PM (ET) the same day. Capitol visits will be all day (during business hours) on May 9.  Please plan to be there until 7:00 PM (ET) on May 9.
