Please plan to arrive at the hotel by 1:00 PM (ET) on April 15 and depart no earlier than 7:00 pm (ET) on April 16. 

Training and preparation for Capitol visits will begin at 3:00 PM (ET) on April 15, followed by a reception/dinner at 6:00 PM (ET) the same day. Capitol visits will take place throughout the business day on April 16.  

NADP will also host PAC events in connection with AIA; additional details will be provided soon. No activities are scheduled for April 14.

CANCELLATION POLICY

While there is no charge for Advocacy in Action registration, registrants are responsible for notifying the hotel should they cancel their trip. In addition, please send an email to advocacy@nadp.org if plans change and you cannot attend.

As soon as possible, we must be made aware of cancellations to make adjustments with the hotel and avoid financial penalties to the Association.
